DESCRIPTION:We are pleased to announce a timely call led by Michelle Kirschener\, a Partner with the law firm MacFarlanes LLP\, and an expert in financial services regulation. \nDuring the call\, with the information available at the time\, and with relation to IRPs only\, Michelle will discuss such questions as: \n– When could Equivalence come into effect? \n– What happens in a no-deal Brexit? \n– How could “reverse solicitation” be used? \nMichelle will also touch on other topics of interest to IRPs such as the capital requirement threshold changes. \nPlease RSVP to sue.westwood@euroirp.com to let us know whether you will be joining the call and for dial in details. \nThe format of the call will be that after an introduction from Chris Deavin\, Euro IRP Chair\, Michelle will discuss the topics\, and provide overall advice and guidance.  To keep the call and noise levels manageable we will not be opening up the line to questions. \nIf you have questions now\, on which you would like Michelle to comment\, please email Steve Kelly directly at steve.kelly@euroirp.com to let us know beforehand\, so we can ensure these are addressed.  \nAdditionally\, if you have a question that arises during the call you can e-mail Steve\, during the call\, and we will endeavour to address common issues.
