BREXIT BRIEFING – Possible implications for IRPs

We are pleased to announce a timely call led by Michelle Kirschener, a Partner with the law firm MacFarlanes LLP, and an expert in financial services regulation.
During the call, with the information available at the time, and with relation to IRPs only, Michelle will discuss such questions as:
– When could Equivalence come into effect?
– What happens in a no-deal Brexit?
– How could “reverse solicitation” be used?
Michelle will also touch on other topics of interest to IRPs such as the capital requirement threshold changes.

The format of the call will be that after an introduction from Chris Deavin, Euro IRP Chair, Michelle will discuss the topics, and provide overall advice and guidance. To keep the call and noise levels manageable we will not be opening up the line to questions.
